Brows
On your appointment day:
-
You may bring your own water bottle, blanket, and earphones (not headphones because it will get in the way), if you want to listen to your own music.
-
If you like how your brows look with regular make-up, please come in with your brows drawn.
-
You may use face makeup (it's actually recommended for pictures!) but please avoid heavy eye and face makeup (as the procedure may get messy and your makeup may be wiped off during the process). You may bring your own makeup to touch it up afterwards.
-
Given that you cannot take long showers or baths for 10 days following the procedure, please arrive at your appointment with freshly cleansed hair.
2 days prior:
-
Do not consume any caffeine, drink alcohol or take any blood thinners (such as Aspirin, Fish Oil, Ibuprofen), 48 hours prior to your procedure - as these will cause excess bleeding and may affect the results.
1 week prior:
-
Please do not tweeze, wax, or thread. More hair the better! We want to include as much natural hair as possible. We will clean up your brows after the procedure.
-
Please discontinue any Vitamin A skincare products (Retin-A, retinol), and AHA/BHA containing skincare, close to the enhancement area.
2 weeks prior:
-
Avoid direct sunlight exposure to the enhancement area for at least 2 weeks before the procedure.
-
Please avoid getting any type of facials.
1 month prior:
-
Please wait for at least 1 month to book your brows appointment, if you had botox recently. Note that you CANNOT get botox in between your initial and touch up sessions.
-
If you are getting a chemical peel, laser, or fillers, we require you to wait at least 4 weeks before booking your brows appointment.
1 year prior:
-
You must wait at least 1 year if you are taking Accutane. Accutane will make your skin thinner, so there will be excessive bleeding and it may also cause scarring.
Other things to note:
-
Please consult your primary doctor first before discontinuing any medication.
-
Keep in mind, you will be more sensitive during your menstrual cycle.
Lips

If you have a history of cold sores, we highly recommend you to go to your primary care doctor and get a prescription of anti-viral (Valtrex, or Acyclover) and take it pre and post procedure. For clients with no history of cold sores, we still highly recommend you to take an OTC medication (L-Lysine) to prevent an outbreak.

Minimalist Tattoo
On your appointment day:
-
Wear a proper and comfortable attire (please keep your clothing choices in mind to accommodate the placement of the tattoo). If you're getting a tattoo on your legs, wearing shorts or loose pants would be the proper attire.
-
Please do not show up under the influence of alcohol or any sorts of drugs. Advil or Tylenol are ok for pain management.
-
You are welcomed to bring entertainment: earphones, a tablet, a book. As long as it is not distracting or getting in the way of the artist.
- Eat before your appointment.
- No alcohol or any kind of caffeine, because they will thin your blood and may cause excessive bleeding.
